Sean's journey began in Washington D.C., where he was the youngest of four siblings. Growing up in Silver Spring/Olney, Maryland, he attended Sherwood High School and later made the move west to pursue his dreams. Four years later, he graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).
As a struggling artist, Sean worked as a waiter to make ends meet while studying and honing his craft at the renowned Groundling Theater and Playhouse West. His big break came in the form of commercials and his first film appearance in The People Under the Stairs (1991).
Throughout his illustrious career, Sean has had the privilege of working in every genre of film and television, with the notable exception of Westerns – a genre he's eager to tackle in the future. Beyond his acting pursuits, Sean is also a multifaceted individual with a passion for teaching, writing, producing, and looping.
As an acting coach, Sean has the opportunity to share his expertise with aspiring actors, and he currently heads the comedy department at Studio 4: James Franco's Film & Acting School in North Hollywood. Sean is a devoted father of two beautiful daughters and continues to be a driving force in the entertainment industry.
