Harry Turner, a CIA agent, is stuck in desk work despite his desire for field assignments, similar to his father Leonard. After receiving word that Leonard and a valuable asset called Condor have been taken, Harry decides to take matters into his own hands and travels to New Jersey to search for them. The CIA director sends Harry's ex, an agent, to find Leonard and the Condor, as well as bring Harry back to Prague. However, Harry convinces his ex to let him join the mission, leading to a thrilling adventure.
